Hayden, Finley and Maddie will be traveling to Pine Ridge over Thanksgiving break and volunteering their time and energy to help the Tipi Raisers address conditions of poverty and provide much needed assistance to families whose homes were damaged in a storm last summer. We will be cutting and delivering firewood, fixing siding, windows and roofs and completing the construction of a home for a family of 5 on the reservation. This is Hayden's 3rd trip to Pine Ridge and the 2nd for Finley and Maddie. Their experiences there have had such a profound impact on them and they can't wait to get back and help as much as they can before the freezing temperatures set in. They are raising funds for the Tipi Raiser's "Race to Winterize Homes on Pine Ridge" campaign to make sure that we have the resources needed to reach our goal!
